All cakes and treats are made in a home bakery, therefore we do not cater for any allergies or special dietary requirements.

Our kitchen handles and stores NUTS, EGGS, GLUTEN, DAIRY, SOY, and all other known allergens. While certain ingredients (such as nuts) may be removed from a recipe, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens.

If you are purchasing a product as a gift, it is your responsibility to check this allergy information before placing an order.

Please note: dairy-free and gluten-free options may still contain traces of allergens.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All payments are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, your payment or deposit may be transferred to a new date within 3 months of the original booking, subject to availability.

STORING YOUR CAKE

Celebration Cakes

  • Must be stored in the fridge
  • Once cut, wrap in cling film and refrigerate
  • Consume within 3–4 days
  • Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cutting

Treat Boxes, Cupcakes, Sheet Cakes, Biscuits & Bento Cakes

  • Store at room temperature in their original box
  • Unless stated otherwise

TRAVELLING WITH YOUR CAKE

before collection, you will receive cake care instructions explaining how to safely transport and store your order.

When collecting your cake:

  • Always support boxes from the bottom, not the sides
  • Keep your car cool (air conditioning on if possible)
  • Place cakes in the passenger footwell or boot
  • Do not place cakes on seats or laps

Once you leave with your order, we cannot be held responsible for any damage.
